We can provide product design, mold design, and mold development according to customer needs.
Product design
Clamp design
Our company can design its own product parts according to the space matching size given by the customer, and can select suitable materials according to the location, function, environment, temperature discharge and other relevant information of the product, and finally reach the reliability performance of the customer.
V-ring product development
The material is Inconel 718 (2.4668), and for the application of this product, we can perform thermal relaxation tests and leak tests in high temperature and normal temperature environments, and establish standards for aging treatment systems.
Mold design
Our company can provide product pieces or drawings according to customers
3D software is used for mold design and development of corresponding products, including single mold and progressive mold.
Mold design and supporting processing capabilities
With the ability of independent development of stamping molds in the factory, it has 9 sets of mold processing equipment, 1 set of EDM machine, 1 set of machining center, 1 set of CNC car and 4 sets of surface grinding machine. It can realize the rapid development and delivery of new products. The soft model sample cycle is 3-10 days, the hard mode sample cycle is 7-25 days, and the progressive model sample cycle is 25-60 days.
High-precision product guarantee capability
Heat insulation cover products: can meet the tolerance requirements of flatness 0.035, parallelism 0.05, thickness ±0.02.
Oil baffle products: can achieve flatness 0.05, coaxiality φ0.05, height ± 0.05 tolerance requirements.
V-ring products: can meet the inner and outer diameter ± 0.2mm, roundness φ0.3, sealing performance 1Bar under air pressure, leakage ＜ 1.5L/min.
Cup spring products: can meet 600℃, 150 hours durability test, pressure decay △F ≤ 20%.
